Half Batch of Beer: Good grief !! It's inconceivable to us, but a 5 case batch of beer actually seems like a lot to some of you! Don't let this be a stumbling block any longer. Find a friend to split a batch with from our FaceBook page or do a 1/2 batch. We also have a Bulletin Board in the Brewery where you can post to find a Brew Buddy to split a brew with. This lends itself to that person who does not have an established preference yet and wishes to try a smaller sampling. You Must call and Pre-Schedule a brewing appointment for any Half Batch brewing! (NOT AVAILABLE FOR ALL BEERS - consult the Recipe list on the Beer Brewing page) You'll have More Fun if you find a friend to split a whole batch with.	Caring for your MicroBrew Caring & Storing your beer is easy. Just keep it in a cool, dark and dry place like under the stairs, in the garage, or similar location, your brew will be good for 3-6 months! Note: (There are reports of folks finding year old and older bottles of Gallaghers' brew that were just fine..) *Caring for your empty Bottles TIP: If you collect your own bottles it is best if you wash & dry them - then store them Upside down* in a closed container (box), to prevent any moisture or growth collection	Custom Recipes Yes, if you are an experienced Brewer you are more than welcome to experiment with a custom recipe. Many brewers have begun experimenting with recipe ideas. The staff and most brewing regulars are intrigued with brewing recipes. These folks will be a fun and helpful source of advice and ideas for your custom recipe idea. Note: We cannot guarantee the brew from a custom recipe.

We also sell GROWLERS filled for $17.95 and Refills are only $10.25 2Qt. screw-top jugs are $10.00ea and if you buy your Gallaghers' jug the first fill-up is half price ($5.00) New PARTY PIG full of beer (2.25 gallons) $72.96 Refills for $35.94 - (single-use pressure pouch) $5.45	*We can Brew For YOU* OK, fine. A $10 service fee and the $4.75 A.T.F. tax will be included. Prepaid orders only. Note: You will still have to pencil in that hour for bottling yourself.
