TIME: 4pm-8pm

Our first batch of fresh hops will
be arriving Friday which means we will begin brewing for the
Gallaghers Fresh Hop Brewoff case. We will start reserving cases
Friday until they are all gone. A case will consist of a sample
of all 12 beers that will be brewed throughout September. The
bottling will occur on a Sunday at least two weeks after the
last brew is made.

WABL Event @ Gallagher's Where U Brew
WABL is an organization in our state that helps get the people closer to the
beer they love. They help promote festivals and tastings, and work closely with
the beer commision to provide support for/against indicatives involving brewing
and beer laws.
We will do a limited number of brews that day so if you'd like a spot make sure
you give us a call to check availability |

friends and Brewers Brian (of Diamond Knot) and Dick (of Dick’s Brewing), We
will be lifting a glass on Friday the 27th 6:30. We hope to see you here. |

beers have been chosen! For a limited time we will be serving all 4 Single hoped
brews the same night. They are Summit, Simcoe, Cascade, and Chinook. We
will also be serving the favorites of Gally Mac, Oktoberfest, and Cut Your Grass
Blonde. Be sure to wear a costume for the festivities! It’s a
potluck
and brewing
starts at 5:00.
