The U-BREW ON PREMISE concept uses professional individual steam-fired copper kettles as used in microbreweries. The average home brewer simply cannot afford this type of top quality brewing equipment. In addition to the steam kettles it is our cooling process which help us to produce Award Winning caliber beer brews.   

In fact we have several dyed in the wool home brewers who now prepare and custom brew their individual recipes using this fine equipment for the superior flavors they are able to achieve. So, even if you are already a home-brewer you are invited to come on in and give our kettles a run.
